Since March 8, the Kaliningrad Directorate of the Investigation Committee has been conducting an inspection on two allegations of harassment filed by a 31-year-old and 40-year-old employee of the regional bailiff service department against Deputy Department Head Sergei Simonenko.
36 employees of the regional department of the bailiff service asked the director of the FSSP Dmitry Aristov to remove Simonenko from his post. They are planning to send the appeal to the chief bailiff of the region Valerian Zherebyatiev, Prosecutor General Yury Chaika and President Vladimir Putin.
The events described in the appeal, occurred on the evening of March 7 in the building of the regional department of the FSSP. There, the authors of the letter indicate, a corporate event took place, initiated by Simonenko himself.
To the first girl, says the appeal, Symonenko began to molest in the female toilet. There he forced her to have oral sex. She also claims that he tried to rape her, but an employee of the UFSSP managed to escape, and Symonenko went to drink alcoholic beverages in the office number 142 (department of the organization of inquiry).
The police outfit soon arrived. The police found him already in another office - No. 133 (department of documentation and legal support). There, Symonenko, indicated in the text of the letter, tried to forcibly force another employee of the department to have sex. After the incident, both girls submitted applications to law enforcement agencies.
March 12, Symonenko went to work. The authors of the appeal note that he "gives incomprehensible instructions on the drawing up of acts of detection in the offices of alcohol," claiming that the injured girls were drunk and slandered him. Simonenko is 51 years old, he is married, he has three children. He himself commented on the charges to the 47news edition.
“I wanted to put a question to the management about the dismissal of these employees due to their incompetence. That evening I was in charge of the building on behalf of the management and asked one of them to leave the office because it was already late. that another employee wrote a statement to me. At the same time, she generally drank somewhere else. I was interviewed, then I drove with the police and handed over the washes necessary in such cases. Now in the UK and we are checking. - soo Simonenko, adding that he is in the workplace and not in the cell, and this is significant.
It is known that one of the victims has been working in the FSSP for more than ten years; last year she was recognized as one of the best employees. The second girl quickly "established herself as a competent and responsible specialist." The authors of the appeal note that women began to complain about harassment immediately after Simonenko took his post: one of them even had to resign. A former employee of the UFSSP confirmed this information to “New Kaliningrad”.
“The rest of the women were intimidated and afraid of publicity. Which ultimately led to the fact that the man felt like a“ king ”and decided that he could do anything with anyone, having performed actions on March 7 that are not worthy of any government official or man in principle. Simonenko S.V. is a disgrace to the civil service in general and the FSSP in particular, such people should be responsible for their actions !!! " - says the appeal staff UFSSP Kaliningrad region.
The authenticity of the appeal to the publication was confirmed by several employees of the Kaliningrad Department of the FSSP from among those who signed the document. The appeal ends with a request to the leadership of the FSSP of Russia to send an independent commission to the region and conduct an internal audit.
